What this daily summary includes

This is a design using fictional records. Status names and reasons must be mapped to the actual Lodge System before use.

StatusMeaning in this example
ConfirmedThe lodge has confirmed the accommodation.
PendingThe request was submitted to the lodge; a response is outstanding.
On holdThe lodge reports a hold. Follow-up is required.
DeclinedThe lodge has declined the request. An alternative is required.
Not submittedCompany details were submitted, but coordinator completion is still required before transmission to the lodge.

Counting: count unique request references, workers and rotations separately. A multiworker request counts once in the request totals. This sample contains six requests with one worker and one rotation each.

Report boundary: daily company submissions in the stated Mountain Time window, using a consistent cutoff. Fetch authoritative lodge statuses at generation time, with last-updated times. If status retrieval fails, show “Status unavailable” with the last successful check; never infer confirmation.
